Women's Division and
Regimental birthday 2020
On Tuesday January 28th,2020, clan Logan went to the Royal Black Watch regiment on Bleury street in Montreal for the monthly Black Watch Women's Division meeting, the first in this new year. We discussed many topics relating to our implication in the upcoming months at various events. After the meeting, we were invited to attend the Black watch Regimental birthday celebration. This year marks the 158th Anniversary of the regiment we are
all so proud of. L.Col Bruno Plourde led the parade and the Regimental padre shared a few words. On this birthday, we remember and pay tribute to those we lost in the war but also to the people serving and their families. Once the military parade was done, we were invited to go downstairs, get together and have a drink and eat some cake. We met up and spent some time with Olivia and Elise from the Women's Division. It was a nice moment that allowed us to spend more time with those who make a difference to our country. As a Clan, we have a responsibility to be of support to various organizations who have been good to us and this is especially true when it comes to our Regiment. We were honoured to have attended.
