Montreal Canada day parade
On July 1st, 2019, the Clan Logan Society of Canada marched at the Montreal Canada day parade.
It was a sunny and hot day and the turn out was really good. For the first time, we had a white pick up
truck that held our banner and went down the street with us. In the pick up truck was Lynn Caron,
Steven Logan's niece and her friend Vicki Chartrand. all supporters of our clan. Member Laurent Audar
also came and held the clan Logan banner with pride as onlookers waved Canadian flags. George Black also came to support our cause and help distribute postcards for the Montreal Highland Games where your Commissioner is the Clans Director this year. We met with many communities that celebrated this day with us. The Clan Logan Society of Canada was presented to the crowd and the Mayoresse of the city, Valérie Plante waved at us, remembering the last time we met at the city of Montreal's Christmas party in December 2018. We were all proud of being Canadian and celebrating our cultural diversity. We would like to thank the organisers of the Canada day parade for such a wonderful event.
